Amfani Laya A Cikin Mutun Da Kuma Hukuncin Sa A Addinin Musulunci.

AMFANI DA LAYA (CHARM).

Shi laya yana nufin duk wani abu da mutum zai rataya a jikin sa ko gidan sa ko bisa wani abu nasa domin samun kariya ko sa’a. Ba lallai sai abinda aka rufe da fata ba, koda ƙaho ko ƙofaton dabba ne ko ƙashi da sauran su, duk zasu iya zama laya.

Annabi SAW yayi magana a hadisai mabanbanta inda yake haramta amfani da laya ko wani abu wanda ya shafi sihiri/surkulle, misali: An karbo daga Uƙbah ɗan Amir Al-Juhani ya ce: “Wasu mutane sun zo wajen Manzon Allah SAW don yi masa mubaya’a, Ya karɓi mubaya’ar tara (9) daga cikinsu amma ban da wani guda ɗaya. Sai suka ce ya Rasulallahi ka karɓi bai’ar mu, mu tara amma banda na wannan ɗan’uwan namu, sai Annabi SAW ya ce “Yana sanye da laya”, nan take mutumin ya sanya hannunsa (a cikin rigarsa) ya cire layar, sannan Annabi SAW ya karɓi bay’ar sa kana ya ce “Wanda ya sanya laya ya yi shirka”. (Ahmad ya ruwaito, 16969).

Sashin sahabbai da Tabi’ai irin su Abdullahi ɗan Amru ɗan Al-as da sauran su, sun fassara hadisin nan (da ire-iren sa) a matsayin laya wacce take zama haram itace wacce take da alaƙa da tsafi/shirka ko sihiri, amma wanda ya shafi Qur’ani ko wani abu mai tsarki, halal ne.

Ibn Kasir ya kawo a cikin Al-bidaya Kuma Muhammad ɗan Umar Alwaƙidi shima ya kawo a littafin sa mai suna fat-hush sham cewa:

“Hular yaƙin Khalid ɗan Walid ya fado daga kansa ana tsakiyar yaƙi, sai ya ɗaga murya ya ce, ‘Kwalkwali na! (yana nuni da hular tasa), wani mutum daga cikin jama’arsa dan ƙabilar Banu Makhzum ya dauko ya mika masa, sai Khalid ya karɓa ya saka a kansa. Wani mutum yace masa “Kana cikin irin wannan hali a cikin yaki, amma ka dage da neman kwalkwali? sai yace masa, lokacin da Annabi SAW yayi Hajjin bankwana, yayi saisaye (aski) sai na nemi iznin ya bani gashin nasa, ya tambaye ni, me za ka yi dashi ne ya Khalid? Sai na ce zan nemi albarkar ka ya Manzon Allah dasu, kuma zan nemi taimakon su wajen yaƙar makiya na, sai Annabi ya ce da ni, Za ka yi nasara matukar suna tare da kai, shiyasa na ajiye su a gaban kwalkwali na, lallai ku sani, ban taba fuskantar wasu makiya ba face nayi nasara akan su da albarkar Manzon Allah.

Da wannan ne malamai suka yarda babu haramci cikin amfani da duk wani abu mai tsarki daga ayoyin Alkur’ani ko itace ko dabbobi wayanda ba a haramta amfani dasu ba, tareda yarda a zuciyar ka cewa Allah ne mai yi, shi wannan abu sanadi ne kawai, kamar yadda Allah ya raya matacce bayan Annabi Musa yayi amfani da wani sashi na jikin saniya wurin tayar dashi da iznin Allah.

 

Laya mai dauke da ayar Alkur’ani ko wani icce ko jikin dabba halastacce, rataya shi a jiki ko bisa dukiya, a matsayin sanadin samun taimako daga Allah, halal ne, daidai yake da shan magani domin ya zama sanadin samun lafiya da yardar Allah.
